Each rental includes 8 hours of access, covering your setup, event, and cleanup. Need more time? Additional hours can be added to your rental for a fee.

White folding chairs are included with every rental. We also offer 6 ft and 8 ft rectangular tables, round tables, and small cocktail tables. We’ll customize your layout before your event, and our team handles all furniture setup and teardown. Furniture in Library, Tea Room, and Billiards Room are included.

You’re welcome to bring your own linens and chair covers. We also offer black or grey linens for an additional rental fee.

The mansion has four restrooms. The men’s and women’s restrooms connected to the Great Room each have two stalls, including an accessible stall. Single restrooms are also located in the Tea Room and the Billiards Room.

Absolutely! To protect the historic mansion, no open flames are allowed (battery candles work beautifully), and nothing may puncture the walls. Use Sticky Tack or painter’s tape to hang decor, and please remove all decorations before your rental ends.

Music is welcome! Following the park’s noise ordinance, music must end by 11 p.m., and all guests must depart by 11:50 p.m.

Our storage kitchen is available to caterers and food truck vendors for plating, with a full fridge, freezer, and commercial dishwasher. No cooking or food prep is allowed in the kitchen, so caterers should arrive with food ready to serve.

No. All alcohol must be ordered and served by the Clise Mansion team. We’ll customize a drink menu for your event, and if you have something special in mind, we’re happy to source it for you.

To preserve the historic mansion, open flames are not permitted, including the fireplace and real candles. Battery-operated candles are a great alternative and create a warm, beautiful glow.

No. Smoking is not permitted inside the mansion, and a fine will apply if smoking occurs indoors. Thank you for helping us protect this historic landmark.

Absolutely, we love live music! Performers will need to bring their own AV equipment, and all music must end by 11 p.m.

Yes! The Great Room makes a wonderful dance floor, and the hardwood floors in the Reception Room are great for dancing too.
