These terms apply to all ticketed and community events hosted at Clise Mansion. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
Tickets
- All tickets are sold through our ticketing partner, Universe, and are subject to Universe’s terms of service.
- All ticket sales are final, except when an event is canceled.
- Please bring your ticket (printed or on your phone) for entry.
Event Changes and Cancellations
Event details, including dates, times, performers, and programming, may change. If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund.
Age and Alcohol
- Guests must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol.
- All alcohol is served by the Clise Mansion team. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest.
- All ages are welcome unless otherwise noted on the event page.
Guest Conduct
- Please treat our historic mansion, staff, and fellow guests with respect.
- Smoking and open flames are not permitted inside the mansion.
- Guests who behave unsafely or disruptively may be asked to leave without a refund.
- Clise Mansion is located within King County’s Marymoor Park, and all park rules apply.
Photography and Recording
Photos and video may be taken at our events for promotional use. By attending, you consent to appearing in event photos and videos. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please let a staff member know.
Accessibility
The mansion offers ramp access through the Reception Room, and accessible restroom stalls are available. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before your event.
Lost Items and Liability
Clise Mansion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests attend events at their own risk, to the extent permitted by law.
